Social Prescribing
Improving community health and wellbeing
We are currently collaborating with Sefton’s social prescribing link workers to design and implement a comprehensive social prescribing programme at Laurel’s Wood. This initiative aims to support individuals in the local community by connecting them with nature-based activities that promote health and wellbeing.
By offering a unique, natural environment for people to engage in, we hope to make a positive impact on both mental and physical health. As we continue to develop this programme, we will keep you informed with regular updates on its progress and upcoming opportunities for involvement.
